About UCR Student Chapter
We are a Christian club on campus that serves to provide opportunities for students interested in medical missions. We offer mentorship opportunities, fellowship, and preparation for professional health careers. We exist to provide healing to all nations (whether it be local outreach or international mission trips), to nurture Christ-centered visions, and to obey the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19). This is our second year of the GMMA chapter at UCR! Although our vision is centered around Christ, you do not have to be Christian to join! UCR GMMA is inclusive to all :-). We only ask that you would have an open mind to all that we do and hope to accomplish. You can participate by coming out to our General Meetings where we have health professionals speak about their mission experiences and clinical work. We will also host many events throughout the year, some with other GMMA chapters. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the mission trips that we will be providing completes the picture of what GMMA is about. The best way you can be involved with GMMA is to go on the mission trips! More information is down below. We hope to see you out at GM!
