Meet Our 2022-2023 Executive Board!
Why GMMA? I always wanted to join a medical missions club, and I was lucky enough to get introduced to gmma during my freshmen year at kcf’s bubble tea outing (ty haena!!). I came to the first meeting and everyone was insanely welcoming, and i immediately felt loved and cared for. I knew that I wanted to stick with this club, and I ended up going on my first missions trip that year in january. Ever since then, I have gotten to grow in my faith with my friends both in bing and across the east coast and I’ve met so many amazing people! honestly, freshmen year me would’ve never thought Id still be in bing or on gmma eboard, but I am so grateful to be here with the best eboard I could ask for!
Favorite Verse: 1 Cor 12:27 “Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular”

Why Gmma? I love GMMA because it has combined growing in my faith with meeting amazing new people and becoming better prepared for graduate school!
Favorite Verse: John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life”
Why GMMA? I decided to join GMMA because it is a great opportunity to grow in my faith and missional life. I am grateful to be placed in a community with brother and sisters who share the heart to serve our God. I live in constant reminder of His love that is reflected through the mentors and friends. I pray that we can lay everything before the Lord, so that we can be used to expand His kingdom
Favorite Verse: Psalm 23:4 “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.”
Why GMMA? “I joined GMMA in search to find a place where I could practice both my faith and passion for medicine. Just after the first few minutes of my first GIM meeting Freshman year I knew I found my place and people. It’s so comforting to know that every week I can come to GMMA and worship our Lord with brothers and sisters who share the same love for God in their hearts. It is a blessing to serve as a vessel for our Lord so that we can share His good news and love to our community.”
Favorite Verse: Joshua 1:9 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.
Public Relations and Worship
Why GMMA? Coming into college I definitely knew that I wanted to join a premed club of some kind, but I didn’t think I’d find a medical club that was based in faith. It only took a few GMMA meetings before I knew that this was a community I wanted to be a part of. Being surrounded by brothers and sisters in Christ who are also mindful of how they can serve God in the healthcare field has truly been such a blessing, and I am excited to see how God will lead me to serve.”
Favorite Verses: Proverbs 3:5-6
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight”
Why did you join GMMA? I joined GMMA because I was seeking out an organization on campus that combined my intended profession and my faith. After attending some of the GBMs throughout the semester, GMMA became a space where I could express my concerns about both my walk with Christ and my academics with mentors and peers. I feel blessed and excited to be placed in this community that is full of love and encouragement and can’t wait to see what God has in store for me”
Favorite Verse: Jeremiah 1:5
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”
