Synopsis
Barriers to medical missions become higher and higher, which is a license matter, financial, sustainability etc. Also, the environments of medical mission sites have changed much and are in need to find ways to overcome these barriers and environmental changes. Care for chronic disease is more important than a cure for acute; evangelism based on a relationship than just proclaiming the Gospel are few examples of the changes. The workshop will present a mission hospital set up in Mongolia that has been structured to overcome these matters through being specialized, competitive, sustainable, and evangelical.
