Val Tramonte is a physician who has a vision for bringing healing to people, not just treating diseases.
A graduate of University of Nevada School of Medicine, Val completed his family medicine training at In His Image Family Residency Program in 2008, where he served as a faculty physician until October of 2014. Val is currently in the middle of a Sabbath year to focus on Jesus, health, his recently expanded family, and rest. Val has received awards of merit including Resident Teacher of the Year in 2008 and Faculty Teacher of the Year in 2010.
Val’s two main passions of preaching the Gospel and leading others toward intimacy with Christ are evidenced by the many retreats and international mission trips he has led, the last of which was a disaster relief trip to care for Syrian Refugees in Iraqi Kurdistan. Dr. Tramonte resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he spends time with his wife, Katie, and their three sons, Elijah (5), Solomon (3), and Silas (8 months).
